We understand that accidents happen! Our rental agreement includes normal wear and tear protection. For minor damage, there's no charge. For significant damage, you'll be responsible for repair costs, but these are capped at 50% of the item's retail value. We also offer optional full coverage insurance for an additional fee.
Yes, you can return items early! For rentals longer than 7 days, we offer partial refunds for unused time. Weekly rentals returned more than 2 days early receive a 50% refund for the unused portion. Monthly rentals returned more than a week early receive a pro-rated refund.
We offer free delivery and pickup within our service area for rentals over ₹50. Delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours of booking confirmation. We'll contact you to schedule a convenient time window. For items under ₹50, there's a ₹15 delivery fee. Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee.
Absolutely! You can extend your rental period based on item availability. Extensions can be requested up to 2 days before your original return date. The extension will be charged at the same daily/weekly rate as your original rental. Contact us through your account dashboard or customer service.
We expect items to be returned in reasonable condition with basic cleaning (wiping down surfaces, removing personal items). Professional deep cleaning is not required - that's our job! However, excessively dirty items may incur a cleaning fee of ₹25-₹75 depending on the item and condition.
Our website shows real-time availability for all items. Simply select your desired rental dates on the item page to see availability and pricing. Popular items book quickly, so we recommend reserving as early as possible. You can also join our waitlist for items that are currently unavailable.
Payment is processed when you confirm your booking. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A security deposit (typically 20-30% of retail value) is held on your card but not charged unless there's damage. The deposit is released within 3-5 business days after successful return.
